Online orders, straight to your counter.

How it works

One order, from the phone to the counter.

The system

Four parts. One pickup.

•

  The page

  • ·Photos, extras, hours, and sold out on each dish.
  • ·Sales tax on the cart, the receipt, and the ticket.
  • ·Your logo, colors, and type.

  Paid to your Stripe$5.99

  The money

  • ·Guests pay the shop through Stripe. Stripe keeps its normal card fee.
  • ·Nora’s charge is the monthly plan, not a cut of the order.
  • ·Refund an order, or send a pay link when the card reader is down.
•

  The counter

  • ·New, In progress, Ready — on a phone or a tablet.
  • ·The ticket prints on a printer on your network. Reprint if it fails.
  • ·Pause when the line is too long. The order never waits on the printer.

  The business

  • ·One menu for the business. Each shop offers its own subset.
  • ·You run billing and reports. Staff run the board.
  • ·Today, 7 days, and 30 days. The guest list stays with your shop.

Plans

Same tools. You pay more for your domain, extra people, and extra places.

Every plan gives you a menu, pickup checkout, the board, printing, pause, sold-out, receipt email, reports with charts, and optional guest email. Starter is your place on a Nora address. Kitchen adds a domain that looks like you. Kitchen+ is for more than one location, an About page, and pay with link included.

Guests pay the shop through Stripe. Stripe keeps its normal card fee. Nora’s charge is the monthly plan, not a cut of the order. Pay with link is a paid add-on on Starter and Kitchen; Kitchen+ includes it. Kitchen+ includes two locations. An extra-place fee of $49/location may apply. The monthly plan is the software. The kitchen board runs on a phone or tablet. A Nora box is an optional add-on: a refundable deposit, and shipping is on us. Send the box back and that deposit comes back to you. You use your own receipt printer. Starter and Kitchen request it in settings. Kitchen+ requests it while setting up.
